At SATIKA SAREE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.

 

1. Return Eligibility

You may return a product under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

The return request must be made within 48 hour of delivery.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Sale or discounted items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, altered, washed, or worn.

Customized or made-to-order sarees.

Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

3. How to Request a Return

Email us at service@satikasaree.com within the return window, with your order number and reason for return.

We will review your request and provide instructions for return shipping.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

4. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your bank account within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping charges 200/- may apply on per product.

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective,damaged, or if you recived the wrong item. If you need an exchange, contact us at service@satikasaree.com with proof (photos, videos, unboxing video) of the issue.

6. Cancellations

In case there is an order cancellation, do so before it is shipped. once the product is shipped it can not be cancelled using our website .
